30-day returns
Return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Sale items may be final — see the product page.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us for a free replacement or full refund. You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
Email hello@shokeenclub.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
